High Protein Morning Smoothie
Best for: Super high antioxidant value, which is health-protective (including against cancer cells), healing and great for glowing skin and anti-aging benefits. This smoothie is also high in fiber, vitamin C so it’s great for keeping you full and boosting the immune system.

*Before making your smoothie, peel your bananas, chop in half and freeze.
- 3-4 Strawberries, Large strawberries
- 1 handful Raspberries
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 3 tbspn Natural yoghurt
- 1 tspn Acai powder
- ½ – 1 cup Dairy milk
- To taste Ice
To prepare your smoothie, add 1 frozen banana and the rest of the fruit to the blender.
Add greens, superfoods and all other ingredients to the blender.
Add ½ cup to 1 cup of milk of your choice, coconut water, plain water or 100% juice. Optional: Add ice.
Blend on high until mixture is smooth and consistent (about 1 min)
Serve immediately, or pour in a mason jar for easy transport to enjoy later! You can also garnish with some of the ingredients you used like nuts, dried fruit, sliced fruit, shredded coconut or cacao. Enjoy!
