Yes I have many heslth problem would this work for crohns I did have 12 “ of colon out just had esophageal surgery and diabetes I am trying to incorporated all these diets into one crohns I can eat very selected veggies and only raw fruit I can use so far are strawberries no whole grains and while everyone else can eat these I can eat white rice and anything with white flour
Hi Marge, trying to juggle Crohns as well as diabetes is difficult but the most important thing to remember is that your body will heal by removing processed foods from your diet and by learning what whole foods cause problems for you. If you have already discovered some of the fruits, veg and grains that cause trouble, that is a step in the right direction as you are listening to what your body needs and understanding how to modify whole foods for your best meal plan. We have worked successfully with several people suffering from both Crohns and diabetes and found that while each situation is different, the most crucial thing we can support with these members health is to experiment with what work’s for them on an individual basis and build from there, epxloring a wide variety of predominently plant based recipes. Warmly, Maddy
