I join this workshop because I have bern fighting high blood pressure, high cholesterol and have been recently diagnosed ad a type 2 diabetic, so you see I am doing this for health reasons. I don’t have a weught problem because I am a terrible eater. I only eat about 4 meals a week because I am never hungry but my Dr. Says I have to eat everyday at least 2 meals and a few snacks to control by blood sugars. I also suffer with an Aortic aneurysm which I will be having repaired soon, RA. Snd I only have one functioning kidney. I have been on predisone daily for over 17 yrs and will never come off it because it has ruined my adrenal glands. So I am hoping this program will help me get healthier and get off some of my other meds.

      Hi Maria,

We are so happy that you joined us for a recent workshop. We hope you were inspired! We are happy to support you in improving your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and blood sugars, as well as developing a healthy eating pattern to help maintain optimal blood sugar control. I do believe that your physician is very correct in that you do need to be a few times daily to improve your blood sugars and to fuel your body properly. Eating the right nourishing whole-foods could do your body wonders in terms of improving inflammation for your RA symptoms and to help you reach your other health and wellness goals. Warmly, Bailee
