Berry Delicious Anti-Oxidant Smoothie

  • Serves: 1

*Before making your smoothie, peel your bananas, chop in half and freeze.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3-4 Large strawberries
  • 1 handful Raspberries or blueberries
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale (use less if you’re just starting out!)
  • 3 tbspn Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tspn Acai powder (optional)
  • ½ – 1 cup Dairy milk
  • To taste Ice

Directions

  • 1)

    To prepare your smoothie, add 1 frozen banana and the rest of the fruit to the blender.

  • 2)

    Add greens, superfoods and all other ingredients to the blender.

  • 3)

    Add ½ cup to 1 cup of milk of your choice, coconut water, plain water or 100% juice. Optional: Add ice.

  • 4)

    Blend on high until mixture is smooth and consistent (about 1 min)

  • 5)

    Serve immediately, or pour in a mason jar for easy transport to enjoy later! You can also garnish with some of the ingredients you used like nuts, dried fruit, sliced fruit, shredded coconut or cacao. Enjoy!

    Instructions say to add GREENS, SUPERFOODS AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS…

    Can this be made with almond milk instead of diary milk
